Privacy Policy

This service has no accounts and collects no information that identifies you.So if this service were ever breached, there would be nothing to take. We hold no name, contact detail, or address. Your run stays only on this device; only the final stat total after 24 terms goes to the leaderboard.

Your chosen board color stays only on this device (browser storage). It is never sent to a server, and clearing your browser data removes it.

• Your choices, results, and stats during a run are never transmitted anywhere; they only live on screen. Progress such as your family legacy is stored only on this device (browser localStorage).
• When you finish all 24 solar terms, your stat total go to the shared leaderboard service (ranks.gwirae.com). Your choice path and pass/fail do not go. That service sets a cookie (rk_k) to recognize this browser. Names show only if you create an account; see that service's privacy policy for details.
• The server counts anonymous measurements only: the aggregated date, a step name such as whether the screen opened, a run ended, or share was pressed, the screen's language, and a rough arrival label showing where you came from. Choice paths and pass/fail results are never included.
• This game may run Google AdSense ads below the content to cover running costs. When it does, Google may use a cookie or an ad identifier for those ads, under Google's own policy. The run itself is still never sent to a server.

Retention and deletion

Progress stored on your device disappears once you clear your browser data. The anonymous counts the server keeps contain nothing that can be traced back to you.

This site is served through Cloudflare, which automatically injects a visit-logging script into our pages. We did not add it, so we've configured your browser to refuse it. That log never leaves as a result. The edge still keeps inserting the tag itself, though, so we'd rather you know it's there. The address of this app sets no cookies. If you post a score to the leaderboard, the leaderboard service (ranks.gwirae.com) sets two cookies (rk_k and rk_s) to recognize your device.
